Thank you for sharing your tips! As an introvert myself, here's how I make sure my inboxes are zero. I:

- Do a quick skim, and delete all junk

- I have an Inspo folder, where all the emails I've tagged as "Inspo" are automatically sent to that folder

- I check and respond to emails at the beginning of the day after my MITs are done
