I completely resonate with this idea! I'm currently reading 8 Rules of Love by Jay Shetty.

And in the book, he shares an old Zen story about a young man looking for a teacher. In the end, the young man chose the guru who said, "Really, I know very little. But if you'd like to come back later, perhaps we can sit together and watch the sunset."

For me, this story represents humility. Because the guru recognizes that he doesn't know everything. That he doesn't have all the answers. And that he's both a teacher and student of everyone he meets.
