I can relate to this. I used to feel like I had to always do something productive. And when I wasn't being productive, I would feel guilty and beat myself up. So I could never fully relax and ultimately, it impacted the quality of my work. Now, I set a goal to write and engage for x amount of time each day. And once I've hit that goal, I give myself permission to do something I enjoy, guilt-free. I feel so much happier now.
