Hi Janine, same here! I love his podcast, too. It's helped me through difficult times and it's made me (I hope) a better person. I also read Think Like A Monk a few years ago! It was fantastic. I learned a lot about building self-awareness, being intentional with our time, creating our purpose, enjoying solitude, and cultivating gratitude.
So far, I'm on Rule 5. The book touches on topics like learning to be alone, reflecting on your karma, learning from (and with) your partner, helping each other find and build your purpose. He also offers practical advice for each rule! I definitely recommend it. 🤗
