Great tip. It's like the "2 Day Rule".
In a nutshell, when you're trying to build a habit, don't miss more than 2 days.
The reality is, we're going to have off days so it's okay to miss 1 day. What's most important is to not let 1 bad day, become 2 days, then 3 days, and so forth.
The 2 Day Rule lets us have those bad days while we still move forward toward building our habits and achieving our goals.
