Exactly! Walking has tons of benefits like sparking creativity, reducing stress + anxiety, and improving self-esteem. And other “silly” things like cleaning and showering - mind-wandering activities - are essential to creativity because when your hands are distracted, it gives your brain the time to play, connect, and mull over ideas.
