11 times. That's how many times I thought, "I'm so dumb." And yes, I kept count.
It's scary how if we don't pay attention to our negative thoughts, we can let them dictate our lives.
Now, when I catch myself thinking, I'm so dumb, I (literally) shout to myself, No you're not! And then, I replace that negative thought with a more empowering one like, You're growing and getting better every day.
